Dear Readers,

It is time to celebrate!

To everyone in the recovery community, it is time to celebrate! You have all worked hard, paid your dues and deserve every ounce of success and achievements you have earned while in recovery. For this reason, Recovery Solutions Magazine greatly rejoices with you and your loved ones. This edition of Recovery Solutions Magazine is truly a gift. I urge you all, our readers, to untie the ribbon and enjoy all the highly informative articles contributed by all the top leaders and professionals in the field of recovery.

I’m a psychiatrist who trained at Morehouse School of Medicine, Atlanta Georgia, with a a fellowship in the field of addiction psychiatry at Emory University, Atlanta Georgia. I enjoy treating patients in my private practice and cherish living in North West suburban part of Atlanta as a single parent.

This magazine is dedicated to the millions of people whose lives are touched in one way or another by the disease of addiction. With the sole purpose of furnishing them with information and guidance about their disease. Also this magazine is to create awareness in people who are still undecided about whether they suffer from addiction or not and hopefully motivate them to seek professional help for their disease. Those who are in recovery will receive information that will help them to maintain a sustained abstinence and recovery life style.

The disease of addiction is a very complex one that infiltrates every sphere of one's life. Mental, physical, and emotional are areas that will be adequately addressed in each of Recovery Solutions Magazine which will be a quarterly production.
